Autotask Corporation, provider of hosted IT business management technology, has recently deployed Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) to Mirus IT Solutions' more than 9,000 users to help grow its revenues through greater business visibility and awareness of customers' IT issues.

"Autotask is excited to deepen its partnership with Mirus IT; by expanding their use of Autotask's IT Business Management platform to now include Autotask Endpoint Management, Mirus now possess a complete end-to-end capability to better service their clients,"said Christian Nagele, General Manager, RMM Global Sales, Autotask. "We are dedicated to offering a highly scalable, cloud-based platform that provides exceptional value to our customers by improving their overall business and service operations."

Mirus IT Solutions has been an Autotask customer since 2009 where the platform was initially deployed to log tickets and manage SLAs. The Autotask platform is now fully integrated into its business and is used as a complete CRM solution from quoting sales process, billing integration to ticket management.

Deploying Autotask Endpoint Management has automated their client processes and increased their efficiency, boosted visibility for internal and external stakeholders and provided data and intelligence related to clients' businesses.

To support this integration, Autotask partnered with Datto, provider of intelligent business continuity (IBC) and backup, disaster recovery (BDR) solutions, to provide Mirus IT Solutions with a complete integrated endpoint management tool with unique backup capability.

"Autotask Endpoint Management will help continue to revolutionise how we do business. It is simple to use and deploy. It enables us to understand what is happening with our customers' networks and be aware of IT problems before they reach out to us, 24/7," said Paul Tomlinson, Founder and Managing Director, Mirus IT Solutions. "We have gone from being a reactive business to a proactive one, reducing downtime for our customers. This is a clear market differentiator for us."
