ScanSource Europe ran a vertical focus week dedicated to the healthcare vertical from 610th September in its Brussels headquarters. The aim of the week was to provide its sales teams with further insight into one of the channel's most rapidly expanding markets.
Representatives from vendor partners such as Datamax-O'Neil, Honeywell, Motorola, Socket and Zebra all visited the offices and contributed towards a valuable week of knowledge sharing knowledge that ScanSource Account Managers will now be able to pass on to resellers to help them move into and benefit from the opportunities in this growing vertical.
Mornings were devoted to technical training, exhibiting new products and giving employees a chance to further familiarise themselves with hardware. Alongside the training sessions, other practical exercises were organised, such as the visit of an ambulance, in order to show how products are practically applied in the healthcare sector.
