Farnex Technologies recently launched Naxfer to the UK market and reportedly received an exceptional response to the new file transfer and encryption technology. The solution of safely delivering mass files was a surprising, but welcome discovery to the people who attended the Info Security Europe exhibition in Earls Court.

Due to Naxfers simple user interface making it possible for anyone to use the technology, everyone from novice to experts were interested to see the Naxfer software in action and discover how Naxfer can be used to their advantage to securely deliver their data.

The Naxfer technology can transport unlimited files and directories of any size and any type, from CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray and even fax and scanned documents directly from the scanner itself. The USB key has a built-in clock showing the user duration of file transfer, date stamp and in conjunction with the software will issue a compliance certificate so a user can be certain the files arrived to its receiver unaltered.

Naxfer pushes the boundaries of file transfer software by sending any files of unlimited size over a Peer-to-Peer connection eliminating the need for costly servers, FTP or expensive couriers. By using Peer-to-Peer, there will be no disruptions even if the connection crashes as Naxfer can pause a transfer if the DSL connection drops and restart the process again when the connection is restored.

The Naxfer technology consists of two elements, the software and a small USB key which has a users unique identity built-in so theres no need to remember complicated passwords, usernames or IP addresses The key also provides a high standard AES256 Aladdin HASP encryption to get files to their destination safely.

A new generation of file transfer has arrived...
