The new Ellipse MAX family includes Advanced Surge Reduction (ASR), a unique function in the UPS market. This surge protection function is certified to the IEC 61643-1 standard. Protecting telephone, broadband and Ethernet 10/100 MB communications, the built-in ASR capability provides comprehensive cost-effective protection against all types of damaging power surges that can be transmitted through to sensitive workstations and servers. In addition, the AVR automatically corrects power supply voltage without using the UPS battery V thus prolonging the life of the battery.
Specifically designed to meet the demands of small and mid-sized businesses, the Ellipse MAX is an affordable yet full-featured solution for protecting power-hungry workstations and servers.
