EMERSON NETWORK POWER EMEA APPOINT A NEW SALES MANAGER FOR LIEBERT UPS DISTRIBUTED IN THE POWER AND IT CHANNEL

Michele Martiradonna (pictured), Environmental Engineer aged 37 and Emerson Network Power executive since 2001, has taken up the role of EMEA Sales Manager for Liebert-branded UPS up to 30 kVA and will be responsible for business and channel development in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region for Liebert uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) in the Micro and Small sectors.

Emerson Network Power, Brand Division of Emerson Co., is a leader in high performance air conditioning (HPAC) and power protection systems (UPS), delivering tailored solutions for the consumer and for both SMBs and large organizations in the professional market.

Michele Martiradonna will mainly focus on the consolidation and expansion of Emerson Network Power solution sales throughout the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region through the power and IT distribution channel.

Power and IT channel partners are the backbone of our business, Martiradonna said. For this reason, in early 2007, we will launch a huge recruitment program for Resellers and Distributors, with very interesting and profitable offers for the channel.

With previous ICT experience as Technical Adviser at IBM in Toronto (Canada), Michele Martiradonna started his career in Emerson Network Power as Product Manager for software products. In 2002 he was appointed Product Manager for micro and small UPS solutions and in 2004 he took up the role of Marketing Manager EMEA for the whole UPS product range.
