Datalogic has announced that its EASEOFBIZ channel program has been further enhanced with the launch of a new web-based partner extranet called EASEOFACCESS. This dedicated tool, designed for Quality Partners and Accredited Resellers, will give Datalogics partners instant access to sales, marketing and key business information, online and in real time.
The new EASEOFACCESS partner extranet is a dedicated business tool specifically developed to help partners to promote its products more easily and to provide better levels of customer service. It does this by combining all the benefits of its already successful channel programme with the convenience of the web providing 24/7 access to an even wider range tools and information that will make it much easier and less time consuming to do business. The most exciting innovations on the site are two new features; EASEOFCHOICE and EASEOFSERVICE.
EASEOFCHOICE enables partners to configure product and accessory combinations, and to cost them out using their own personal on-line price list, which can also be exported for use in their own quotes and invoices saving time and resource. Users are also prompted by helpful pop ups that give tips on applications and related downloads such as data sheets.
EASEOFSERVICE provides partners with an online customer service area, where partners can access real time information on that status of orders, deliveries and invoices, directly from Datalogics ERP system, 24 hours a day. This will enable partners to quickly provide their end user customers with the latest information on the availability of stock and the status of orders, helping them to improve customer service levels.
