One of our policies regarding NiceLabel is that we must always support all the latest standards in AIDC industry and thats why we are issuing a new version said Matej Kosmrlj, NiceLabel product manager. Were now able to support also the latest RFID UHF Gen2 standard among other industry standards that are already available in NiceLabel. The EPCglobal UHF Gen2 protocol is a consensus standard that was built by more than 60 of the worlds leading technology companies. Since its initial ratification in December 2004, the EPCglobal Gen2 standard has proven to be the cornerstone of technology development and its simply a must have functionality for the future projects.
One of the most important enhancements can be found in already very extensive integration middleware module called NiceWatch, a part of NiceLabel Suite, and thats full support for Oracle XML format. Label printing from Oracle applications is now a simple task!
Mobile devices are gaining on their importance and thats why were putting a lot effort into providing mobile label printing functionalities to our customers proudly stated Andrej Zrimsek, head of NiceLabel R&D.All mobile functionalities are gathered in Pocket NiceLabel, a NiceLabel Suite module that supports all Pocket PC and MS Windows CE platforms (also 5.0) and uses MS Active Sync 4.1. synchronization software to collect data from various sources.
