CATALYST INTERNATIONAL INTRODUCES RF IN A BOX TO PROMOTE MOBILE DATA COLLECTION IN THE WAREHOUSE

Catalyst International, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, today announced its new bundled SAP data collection solution; Catalyst SAPConsole QuickStart aimed at enterprises taking their first steps to mobilise the warehouse using radio frequency (RF) data collection devices.

QuickStart is a package of hardware, services and enhanced RF transactions that significantly reduces the cost, risk and effort associated with traditional SAPConsole implementation and is particularly suited to the manufacturing and retail industries. By combining handheld devices, RF mobile infrastructure and the most commonly implemented transactions, QuickStart can be rapidly introduced bringing almost immediate benefits and return on investment.

The basic QuickStart package includes RF handheld devices, an RF infrastructure and twelve of the most commonly implemented RF transactions, which typically achieve the highest and fastest ROI. QuickStart also provides companies with full implementations services and customer support

QuickStart+

With QuickStart+, enterprises can increase the number of RF transactions beyond those in the basic package through an extended business blueprint phase. Additional hardware is also available for organisations that have over 12 users.

Project Mode

For enterprises whose needs extend beyond QuickStart+, Catalyst can work with organisations to establish their requirements for a traditional SAP project incorporating a full Business Blueprint, SAP realisation, ABAP/4 development, go-live and support, and project services.
