Modern Business Machines and After-Image Business Solutions Join Westbrook Technologies' Elite Partner Program

As Westbrook captures the mid-market space, the Company recruits new resellers in key territories

Branford, CONN. November 9, 2005 Westbrook Technologies, a leader in enterprise document management software for the mid-market and one of Deloitte and Touches 2005 Fast 50 technology companies in Connecticut, today announced that Modern Business Machines (MBM) of Appleton, Wisconsin and After-Image Business Solutions (After-Image) of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area have joined the Companys Elite Partner Program.  As Westbrook continues to capture market share in the mid-market space with its Fortis enterprise document management software solution, the Company is adding new resellers in key territories across the country.

Westbrooks Elite Partner Program is comprised of a select group of resellers trained to provide localized sales and service of the Companys document management product suite. Two-thousand four was a milestone year for Westbrook Technologies Elite Partner Program with the Companys top 10 Partners increasing sales by 40 percent.  Within that distinguished category, three of the top Partners increased sales by a remarkable 1,000 percent.

MBM is a 49-year old company that supplies and services document imaging equipment and value-added software to meet document creation, distribution and storage needs throughout Northeastern Wisconsin. Based on the Companys 2004 $19 million sales volume, MBM is the 10th largest independently owned Canon dealer in the United States.

After-Image Business Solutions serves the document management needs of the small to medium business market in North Texas.  In addition to Westbrooks document management solutions, After-Image is a reseller of fax servers and Objectif Lunes PlanetPress.

Westbrook has made a substantial investment in technology through new Fortis enhancements like the EnableIt business integration tool and its leading edge Service-Oriented Business Application (SOBA) Fortis SOA product. These were the primary factors in our decision to join their Elite Partner Program, said Rick Flom, Vice President, Modern Business Machines. Our customers insist on products with the greatest efficiency and performance, and we must be ready to meet those needs with comprehensive solutions like Fortis.  Westbrook will make a huge impact in the document management industry with their service-oriented offering and we are privileged to be on board as an Elite Partner.

Brandon Tomchuk, President of After-Image Business Solutions, said, Having gained extensive experience with numerous successful Fortis implementations in prior business situations, I chose to build After-Images solution offerings around the product.  Fortis is simple to install, maintain and use, all while maintaining optimum efficiency for users.  Westbrooks Partner Program enables me to offer document management solutions that improve my customers return on investment and facilitate collaboration among business units.  This partnership is a huge win for After-Images customers.

As we continue to accelerate our strategy as the leader in enterprise document management software for the mid-market and extend our customer base in this space, we are recruiting top Partners such as MBM and After-Image to help meet the growing demand for our products, said Paul Lord, Westbrooks President and CEO.  We are committed to continuing to grow the company by delivering our document management solutions to the broadest range of customers and vertical markets around the world while avoiding channel conflict.
