Responsibilities

         Reports to Head of Channels EMEA

         Execution and management of EMEA go-to-market for OEM.

         Manage deployment of OEM resource, grow the team and team capability.

         Drive the sales engagements with all OEM prospects and current customer base within EMEA.

         Develop the OEM team, guide the strategy implementation and ensure operations can support execution.

         Provide consistent and accurate sales forecast and commits of AM managed business.

         Extensive cross-functional engagement to facilitate company objectives, e.g. OP, Channel Finance, Channel Development EMEA and Corporate OEM  team.

         Identify and report on competitive trends

         Ensure compliance of Symbol bookings criteria

         Be accountable for annual sales plan and able to articulate current status and ability to execute to a stretch goal.

         Resolve and/or escalate all issues when appropriate.

 


Qualifications

         Extensive experience of managing remote based teams

         Excellent oral and written communications.

         Minimum of ten (10) years of sales or equivalent experience required.

         Proven track record in sales and sales management. 

         Effectively management of department expenses.

         Multi country experience of board level partnering with 1-Tier channels

 

Education

Degree desired but not mandatory

 

Travel

EMEA wide, up to 50% or as required to exceed account requirements and sales objectives.o exceed account requirements and sales objectives.
