BlackSpiders Partner Programme comprises a Reseller Programme and an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Programme for service providers.

Registered resellers entry level resellers. Support includes resale discount, sales and marketing support; and regular communications.
This includes: joint branded or OEM service; access to partner portal; high margin; MailControl platform managed by BlackSpider; limited capital investment and low, predicable cost of service; simple user licensing model; sales and marketing support.
Channel partners have access to a partner portal and the BlackSpider Accredited Consultant (BAC) programme - a three-stage course designed to train partners on BlackSpiders technology - so they can provide maximum value in pre and post-sales support.
The Reseller and OEM programmes also offer sales training, extensive sales and business planning support, and access to marketing activities, including PR; lead generation campaigns; funded marketing campaigns for accredited resellers; and presence on BlackSpiders website.
