ScanSource Europe, a leading value-added distributor of AIDC and EPoS products, has announced a new sales leadership structure designed to better meet the needs of its reseller customers.
Richard Gregoire has been named Sales Director for Southern Europe. Gregoire brings strong experience in technology and distribution to his position, having launched Autold distribution in France after previously serving as Customer Service Director for IER, where he was in charge of structuring the after-sale and technical support departments.
Maurice van Rijn has been named Sales Director for Northern Europe. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the AIDC field, and joined Advanced Bar Coding (ABC) in 1998 to help provide AIDC products to the Benelux market. After ABC was purchased by ScanSource in 2002, van Rijn served as Sales Director for Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
In addition to the appointments listed above, Emma Hibbard has been named Sales Manager for the United Kingdom.
Further, in support of its commitment to help customers succeed with EPoS technology, ScanSource Europe has announced the formation of a new Business Development Team to focus exclusively on the EPoS market. Walter Heyvaert and Richard Austin have been named EPoS Business Development Specialists.
