Oki Systems (UK) Limited, the business printed communications company, announced today a new initiative to celebrate the launch of the C5000 Series. From today, all new C5200 and C5400 Series digital colour LED printers sold will include a copy of Oki Print Wizard Lite.

Oki Print Wizard helps SMEs through the process of creating, managing, controlling and producing documents as part of their day-to-day business activities. The environment provided by Oki Print Wizard enables individuals to get the best out of their existing print resources and standard PC software packages.

As businesses look to in-source the creation and printing of documents*, the need for low-cost, on demand, document management solutions has increased. For organisations who wish to implement Print Wizard on a wider basis, or who have more challenging print requirements, Oki Print Wizard is available in a new Pro version. This is available through Oki resellers at 195 RRP. The Oki Print Wizard Pro comprises:

-Print Wizard licence - multi-user up to 25 PCs
-Access to a template toolbar which contains a range of pre-defined document templates; MS Word and Powerpoint
-Oki Print Tracker - manage and control printing costs, and report on the use of printing resources for up to 25 PCs
-Monaco EZcolor single PC licence for companies that need to ensure accurate and consistent colour across devices and paper
-Desktop Xpert multi user up to 25 PCs the application provides businesses with a central repository and management tool for all company document templates whether an existing business template, eg: created using Microsoft Office packages*2 or those recently created within Print Wizard. This ensures brand consistency of all internal and external documents.
