Florida Prints All State Driver's Licenses

The Florida State Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles tallied nearly 15 million licensed drivers in the state during fiscal year 2002-2003.  During that same year, the department issued 815,155 new licenses, replaced and duplicated 1,856,692 cards, and issued 482,370 licenses to people who moved from out of state.  That's a total of more than 3 million driver's licenses issued in a single year alone.
