XIOTECH'S PREMIER RESELLERS DRIVE GROWTH AND EXPAND REACH OF MAGNITUDE 3D CLUSTERED STORAGE SOLUTIONS

Xiotech Corporation, the storage networking innovator, today announced that its Premier Dimensional Partner Program has helped growth by attracting leading storage networking value added resellers (VARs). The Premier program, launched in November 2003, enables VARs to increase revenues and margins by differentiating themselves through Magnitude 3D's unique clustered storage architecture. Xiotech's new Premier partners include The Harding Group, based in Arlington, TX; CIBER, based in Greenwood Village, CO; Lantech of America, based in Indianapolis, IN; Howard Computer, based in Laurel, MS; Metafore Corporation, based in Ontario, Canada; Allstream, based in Manitoba, Canada; and Future 2000 Systems, based in Ontario, Canada.

Magnitude 3D is the optimum solution for businesses that require affordable and easy to manage enterprise-class SANs. The Premier Dimensional Partner Program enables resellers to leverage Magnitude 3D's simplicity of deployment, management and maintenance to deliver storage and application solutions that give customers the industry's most responsive and cost-effective storage environment.

"With the introduction of Magnitude 3D each average sale is higher and we have achieved shorter sales cycles," said Yaser Wassef, Vice President of Storage Services at The Harding Group. "Working with Xiotech has changed our whole business and given us a simple, yet resilient solution that has great appeal for our base of Novell, healthcare, government, legal and education customers. Our partnership with Xiotech is so productive it is now responsible for nearly half of our revenue."

"Magnitude 3D offers features that are unrivalled in the industry," said Kieran Doorley, CIBER's Director of Technology. "The ability to add controllers without downtime while also improving performance without a major SAN upgrade speaks volumes about the excellence of the design. Additionally, Xiotech has put a lot of effort into their channel program and has gone out of their way to make it very easy and profitable for us to work with them."

"We like to support innovative companies like Xiotech that are light on their feet and responsive to customer needs," said Tony Johnson, COO of Lantech of America. "Xiotech's Magnitude 3D provides customers with the advanced SAN capabilities they require, at a price unmatched in the market."

Magnitude 3D's architecture applies the benefits of clustered computing to SANs while eliminating the complexity traditionally associated with SAN management. In a recent study by Enterprise Management Associates, Magnitude 3D was proven to provide a customer 770 percent return on investment in the first year after installation, 2130 percent after three years and a payback period of just seven weeks.

"Our Dimensional Partner Program has enabled us to attract the industry's leading storage resellers with a highly rewarding program that provides them a great opportunity for incremental sales of products and services with increased margins," said Bob Wilson, Vice Present Worldwide Channel Sales at Xiotech. "These partners will help us accelerate our industry-leading growth and we look forward to maintaining long-term relationships with them."
