Zycko Ireland is the latest in a number of recent openings which include Sydney, Australia and Tokyo, Japan, and will allow Irish resellers and end users access to Zyckos complete open systems networking storage solutions.

Rory Sweet, Managing Director of Zycko, comments:

Zycko Ireland is a natural next step for us. Our UK operation is already working closely with over thirty resellers based in the country an established presence in Ireland means that we can work ever more closely with this valued partner channel.

Zycko Ireland will have access to the entire range of storage products distributed through the Zycko Group, including StoreAge, Troika, Sandial and Decru. As Irelands official distributor for these products, the company is able to offer a complete, end-to-end storage solution through the Channel. More than just a hardware distributor however, Zycko Ireland will also have full access to Zyckos comprehensive consultancy and training services, making networking storage a clear and profitable Channel proposition.

Sweet continues:

This is the latest in a stream of new openings and comes in advance of Zycko Russia which will be up and running later this month. Headed up by Alan OConnor, Zycko Ireland will draw upon our own experience of networking storage and combine it with Alans extensive experience of distribution sales in the Irish market. We hope that this combined knowledge will produce an effective and successful partnership.

Says OConnor:

Alongside access to Zyckos entire product range, enormous discounts on Cisco equipment and guaranteed next day delivery, our partners in Ireland will be supported by our extensive training and education resources.

He continues:

We hope to build on our already strong partnerships within the Irish Channel and are very much looking to forging new relationships to allow Zycko Ireland to become a significant member of the Zycko global operation.
