Utimaco Safeware, a major European provider of professional security solutions, today announced a partnership with Secon Solutions to further extend the reach of its mobile security technologies. Specialising in end-to-end IT and e-commerce security solutions, Secon will enhance its offering by including Utimaco's SafeGuard Easy product. Through existing partnerships with security companies including Trend Micro, SurfControl and SonicWALL, Secon provides end-users with a portfolio of best-of-breed solutions, including content filtering, secure remote access and internet gateway security. Now signing with Utimaco, Secon will be able to expand its product range to include mobile security for the first time, providing vital around the clock protection for confidential business data.

"Listening to our clients it's clear that mobile security is an important concern," said Robert Gupta, general manager at Secon. This new partnership means we can now offer complete data security solutions to our customers, fortifying our mission to provide total IT security solutions for the corporate network."

With this new signing more companies than ever will be able to benefit from Utimaco's professional solutions. Jackie Groves, UK managing director, Utimaco commented, "We are delighted to announce this new partnership.
