ScanSource, Inc., the global provider of technology products and solutions, has announced a European territory expansion with Chief, a division of Legrand, and a provider of mounts, racks and accessories for televisions, displays, projectors and other AV components.

The expanded partnership complements ScanSource’s growing line card of AV, UC, conferencing and collaboration solutions, enabling ScanSource to sell more complete solutions to partners throughout the UK, France, and now Benelux, which includes Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

ScanSource recently announced an agreement with Philips Professional Display Solutions, adding to the robust selection of digital signage solutions within ScanSource’s portfolio in the Benelux region. With the addition of Chief’s mounting and rack capabilities, as well as ScanSource’s existing, industry-leading cloud storage and network connectivity offerings, ScanSource partners in Benelux now have access to complete AV solutions, all in one place.

“We’re pleased to add Chief’s complete suite of products, which round out our strong lineup of video conferencing hardware, software, and displays,” said Danny Waardenburg, Regional Director of Sales, ScanSource in Europe. “Our partners no longer need to look elsewhere once they have purchased their displays and video conferencing kits from us. With Chief’s flexible mounting solutions, we are able to provide the total AV solutions our partners need, enabling them to better serve their customers.”

“Bundling the Chief mounting solutions with Philips and Elo displays creates an easy purchasing channel for integrators in the Benelux” said Dennis Driessen, Sales Manager Benelux & Nordics at Legrand AV. “ScanSource has been successfully selling Legrand AV solutions in Europe for a longer time already and we are looking forward to building that same success in the Benelux region.”
