Leeds-based data visualisation software firm Panintelligence has won a contract to supply its data analytics and business intelligence software to a new digital loyalty platform, also based in the city.

White Label Loyalty is the brainchild of Top Screen Media founder and former professional footballer Achille Traore. The platform enables its retail and hospitality clients to make data-driven decisions that reward customers and increase business; Panintelligence’s software will be an integral part of the product.

Mr Traore said: “We’re doing something new with White Label Loyalty. The one-size-fits-all approach of traditional loyalty schemes simply doesn’t work and 75% of loyalty programmes fail.

“We have created a modular platform that we custom-build in around four weeks for any size of client, choosing the most relevant data, and making decisions based on that. We have effectively democratised the whole process, making it accessible to all.”

White Label Loyalty was established in 2015 and currently employs 12 people, with plans to scale up, creating six new jobs in 2019. The firm’s initial client base includes Fedex, the Marco Pierre White chain of restaurants, and Yorkshire tapas bar group La Casita.

Panintelligence CEO Zandra Moore said: “It’s fantastic to be working with another pioneering and innovative Leeds tech company that is doing really exciting work. Our dashboard and analytics products are all about making organisations’ own data accessible so that it can be used to drive growth and White Label Loyalty is a perfect fit with our ideals.”

The Panintelligence platform, known as Pi, sits within clients’ own data environments and securely provides data visualisations. As it does not move or copy data it guarantees far greater security than other methods of business intelligence analysis.

“Panintelligence software is crucial in putting us at the forefront of innovation, enabling our clients to increase retention by accessing and making sense of the data generated by their own business and customers,” said Mr Traore.

He added: “The platform is really working for our clients and La Casita has seen return on their investment in less than six months.

“The next stage of our internal development will be the introduction of predictive analytics, using AI machine learning to predict customer churn and intervene to increase retention. Panintelligence will be a trusted partner for us on our next step of the journey too.”

Founded in 2014, Panintelligence has a background in the credit and financial services sector. Its products lead in data security and compliance.
