BlueStar signs purchase agreement with Scan-it A/S

BlueStar, the solutions-based distributor for Auto ID, Point-of-Sale, Mobility, RFID, Digital Signage, and ID and Security products, has signed a purchase agreement with Scan-it A/S, a distributor of specialty electronics covering Auto ID, Mobile Data Management and POS verticals. Under the terms of the agreement, BlueStar will acquire Scan-it A/S in Denmark, thereby becoming a major distributor of Auto ID and POS products on the Danish market.

Scan-it represents leading manufacturers in the areas of automatic identification, data capture and POS. As a solutions-based provider, they offer products and services that increase competitiveness, improve sales activity and develop new business for their customers.
