Thunderhead, the provider document automation and multi-channel communications solutions, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: TCS.BO, NSE: TCS.NS), the IT services, business solutions and outsourcing firm, have entered into a global strategic alliance to strengthen TCS' Business Intelligence Process Management (BIPM) practice and provide BIPM solutions and services to worldwide clients.
The TCS and Thunderhead strategic alliance will focus on all vertical markets serviced by TCS. The Thunderhead NOW platform enables the production of personalised communications that can be output to any channel, whether print, fax, HTML, PDF, SMS for text messaging, or even industry-specific XML schemas, such as FpML. Through this, TCS clients will be able to better adapt to ever changing business needs.
