Hot spots still a threat, even during a cold snap

It may have been very cold recently, but Data Centres are still getting too hot. Thats the view of Colin Mocock of Jacarta who claims that a sizeable 45% of IT Managers recently surveyed said they had been hit by at least one air-conditioning failure in the previous 12 months.
