The standard printing, copying, scanning and optional faxing functions of the ineo+ 200 meet all the business communication needs of any office or work group. A single multifunctional machine obviously requires a lot less space than four separate devices and offers a few other advantages besides, e.g. one set of consumables instead of four and a single operating concept that means less hassle for office users.
Professional quality
The ineo+ 200 produces prints and copies of unusual quality for a machine of its size. Whether in colour or black and white, the speed is the same: 20 A4 pages per minute. Of course, the ineo+ 200 is not as fast in A3, but the mere fact that it can print and copy in this format distinguishes it from many other smaller office machines. An optional duplex printing capability and an optional job separator are among the other useful office functions.
Sophisticated scanning
Though multifunctionality often means mediocrity in minor functions such as scanning and faxing, this is certainly not the case with the ineo+ 200. This office device has a respectable scanning speed of 40 originals per minute (opm) in black and white and 20 opm in colour, enables several pages to be scanned at once and allows scanned documents to e-mailed to a PC or any other address as a PDF, JPEG or TIFF file. A fax option turns the ineo+ 200 into fast fax machine that is ideal for multipage faxing (and scanning) if the optional automatic document feeder is fitted.
