SWIVEL SECURES SAPPHIRE AS RESELLER PARTNER

Swivel Secure has appointed independent Security Advisors, Sapphire, as a reseller partner.

Sapphire, which has its headquarters at Stockton-on-Tees, will add Swivels PINsafe software to its portfolio of solutions, offering strong two-factor, authentication to its nationwide client base.

Commenting on the appointment, Nikki Rogers, Channel Manager of Swivel Secure, said: This partnership marks a huge milestone in our development and provides us with a fantastic opportunity to develop a relationship with such a respected  Security Advisor.

Sapphire has an excellent reputation and customers in a wide range of industries. Partnering with the company enables Swivel to extend the deployment of its security technology to a wide range of end users. I am delighted to embark on this mutually beneficial partnership.

Sapphire has over a decade of experience in providing a comprehensive array of security services to clients and it is one of the UK's leading Information Assurance providers with a growing client base.  The companys client portfolio includes major blue chip organisations, local government associations, some of the higher levels of central government and their agencies, police forces and security forces.

Gill Snelson, Sales Manager at Sapphire believes that the strategic partnership is an excellent move. Customer service and support are the cornerstones of Sapphires business, comments Gill. We believe that trust is crucial for a productive relationship. This level of assurance can only be achieved if we partner with organisations who are equally as dedicated to providing our clients with the most suitable, custom tailored solutions. Being appointed by Swivel will enable us to offer further options and security solutions from an even wider network of technology vendors.  Swivels unique PINsafe product will enhance security and strengthen authentication for end users.

PINsafe authenticates the user via a patented algorithm that produces a one-time code (OTC) to identify users on the network.  It offers a high degree of flexibility and portability for secure remote access from any client PC to the corporate data center over the Internet.  It can support authentication devices ranging from smart cards, to soft tokens, to biometric devices.
