Blackroc Distribution is celebrating the first birthday of its Channel Advantage Programme referred to as the Blackroc CAP.

The Blackroc CAP was launched in 2005 to provide a range of value added benefits to Blackrocs partners.  Benefits of the scheme include valuable joint marketing funds and financial rebates as rewards for achieving and exceeding sales targets, regular product update bulletins and a range of other services to help CAP members increase sales of AIDC product.

Following a massive change programme at Blackroc which resulted in the creation of Blackroc Distribution with Martyn Broadhead at the helm as Managing Director, Blackroc is now able to offer even more added value to its CAP partners through its brand new conference room and demo suite.

Martyn Broadhead (pictured left), comments The Blackroc CAP has been a great success for all involved so far. We have had lots of positive feedback from participating partners and vendors alike and are now looking to double the number of participants and attain our target number of 40 members.

BEC (Systems Integration) Ltd was one of the first companies to sign up to the Blackroc CAP.  Speaking about the scheme, Tony Hampson (pictured right), Customer Services Director of BEC, said: We find the regular consolidated product bulletins useful. This is a great time saver to us.  Having access to the joint marketing fund has allowed us to perform some telemarketing activities that would have otherwise not been possible.  It is also satisfying to receive a fiscal rebate as a reward for achieving (and exceeding) our sales targets.

I would recommend joining the Blackroc CAP scheme as it offers real added value distribution in areas such as technical, marketing, financial and product supply, well beyond its competitors.

VARs, systems integrators and solution providers interested in joining the Blackroc CAP should contact Blackroc for an application form.
