Acquiring MetaForm Ltd, a leader in enrolment of Personal Data for Identification Applications
In order to reinforce its offering in the People ID market, Zetes Industries has reached agreement to purchase Israeli company MetaForm Ltd.
The acquisition of MetaForm Ltd will allow Zetes to offer to its customers more complete and integrated People ID solutions. This acquisition aims at creating a competence centre dedicated to Personal Data Capture solutions inside the Zetes Group. This new and very specific competence centre will be complementary to the Zetes PASS (Personal Authentication and Security Solutions) and Zetes CardS (card production and personalisation) competence centres. Metaform currently employs about 10 people.
The acquisition is phased in three gradual steps (50% - 25% - 25%) over a two years period, with the first one (50%) having taken place on May 23rd 2006. The present acquisition will not impact existing MetaForm partnerships.
In terms of turnover and Ebitda contribution, the integration of Metaform is not significant for the Zetes Group
