Ricoh UK has announced the launch of three new mono multifunctional devices aimed at small workgroups. The Aficio 2016, 2020 and 2020D boast output speeds of between 16 and 20 pages per minute, with the Aficio 2020D offering duplex as standard.
Copier-based, the machines can be upgraded with additional print, fax and scan modules as needs arise, enabling businesses to benefit from customised multifunctionality. Once only available to high-volume users, this flexibility allows businesses of all sizes to take advantage of cheaper and more efficient upgrade paths which are tailored to meet their own requirements.
Mark Griffin, product manager with Ricoh UK, comments: "Many businesses now require more than just a photocopier but cannot afford, or simply do not need, all the functionality associated with a dedicated multifunctional device. With the ability to bolt-on additional options as and when required, Ricoh's new MFPs provide greater flexibility at an affordable cost."
