DocuWare Integrated in SAP Business One Successful Teamwork

SAP Business One is a business software package tailored to the needs of mid-sized companies. By integrating it with the DocuWare document management solution, the ERP system has been enhanced
with features to archive and retrieve any type of document. A company's existing records become available to employees as part of their daily routines and processes. The high level of transparency
in a company's processes leads to quicker reaction times and higher business agility.
Every record booked in a SAP application is automatically stored with the help of DocuWare TIFFMAKER in a tamper-free format in one central document pool. With a click of a mouse, users can access and display all of the documents generated in a process - whether e-mail, written correspondence, incoming/outgoing records - no matter if it is a single document or a complete list. Direct access to documents right out of SAP Business One is always possible and users never have to leave the comfort of their SAP interface. Another advantage is that access can be granted to someone not running SAP Business One: Customers and vendors are able to look up relevant records at any time and from anywhere via the Internet.
According to DocuWare President, Jrgen Biffar, "Thanks to standardized interfaces, the integration of our document management system within SAP's solution for mid-sized companies is completely seamless. By using the quick access from the various SAP dialog boxes, users can rapidly respond to queries and immensely improve their customer service."
DocuWare Connect to SAP Business One was developed by bob System Solutions, a SAP solution partner based in Erftstadt, Germany. The solution is sold by DocuScan, an Authorized DocuWare Partner also in Erfstadt.
