ReadSoft selected by Celerity Information Services to automate document processing services

ReadSoft software has been selected by Celerity Information Services, a UK data management company providing a range of data processing, enhancing and capture solutions to companies such as Nectar, Lloyds TSB, Saab and Sainsburys. The software will enable faster and more cost-efficient forms and document processing for its clients.

Celerity was seeking to streamline and expand the data capture services it provides to clients, and replace previously labour-intensive methods with a fully automated process. After reviewing several software solutions, Celerity IS selected ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for FORMS, which automates information extraction from structured and semi-structured forms in any format.

Using ReadSofts software, Celerity ISs team of highly skilled data capture operatives can automatically capture and validate hard copy data from mailing responses, surveys and questionnaires, reducing effort and increasing accuracy.

What impressed us most about ReadSofts software is its intelligence, said Jason Lark, Managing Director of Celerity IS. As well as capturing data, it intelligently recognises the information that has been scanned and rapidly validates it, helping us to reduce errors. We can therefore increase accuracy, process documents faster and more cost-efficiently, and gain business benefits from a more streamlined, automated data capture operation.

Colin Kaye, ReadSoft UKs Managing Director, said: Were delighted to provide agencies and other service companies with the leading-edge document automation software they need to provide better services to clients and grow their businesses through increased business efficiency.

ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for FORMS is part of the ReadSoft DOCUMENTS platform, a complete solution for document automation which incorporates solutions for invoicing, mailroom, indexing and fast EDI, as well as forms.
