ITESOFT Announce First Invoice Processing Software Package to Include Invoice Clearing in SAP R3

Automatic document processing specialist, ITESOFT, has reinforced its position as a SAP software partner with the launch this month of the first paper-free supplier invoice clearing software. Balance for mySAP Business Suite is specifically designed for the automatic processing and consolidation of supplier invoices in the SAP R/3 environment.

ITESOFT's Balance for mySAP Business Suite, completes the ITESOFT.FreeMind for Invoices product offer, providing in addition to automatic data capture and extraction capabilities all functional steps which lead to the creation of an accounting record in SAP R/3.

Unlike traditional solutions which operate outside of the ERP environment, the ITESOFT module is a SAP add-on entirely designed and developed in accordance with SAP standards, using the same data repositories. It interfaces with SAP Content Server, SAP Business Workflow and SAP Business Workplace, therefore integrating naturally into the native environment, while guaranteeing compatibility with future technical and functional developments in the ERP.
