Dakota forms new partnership with Waizu

Dakota Integrated Solutions Ltd, the real-time data capture, printing, mobility, support and voice-directed solution specialist, has formed a partnership with Waizu, the provider of solutions designed to reduce lost and missing mobile devices.

The new partnership will enable Dakota to promote and sell the entire Waizu Software Suite, including the ‘Device Finder’ Application, the Virtual Smart Cabinet and the Waizu Analytics Platform.

Philip Jarrett, Commercial Director at Dakota, comments: “With organisations estimated to lose or misplace between 12% and 15% of their mobile devices per annum, it is essential that businesses take full control of their mobile device estate, whether it’s made up of tablets, smart phones, rugged PDAs or a combination of all three.

“Making themselves aware of where their mobile devices are at all times through the adoption of a greater control mechanism to fully manage these devices, will inevitably assist businesses in reducing the number of missing devices and the downtime and unnecessary replacement expenditure associated with this issue.

“We are really excited to have formed a partnership with Waizu. It’s a fantastic new component to add to our comprehensive healthcare and supply chain portfolios and will serve to only increase the already impressive return on investment that our solutions provide, as well as going a long way to help with the real-world operational challenges of Mobile Device Management, which can cost businesses thousands of pounds every year.”

Adrian Lawson, Managing Director at Waizu concludes: “Dakota’s reputation in delivering best-in-class data capture technology and voice-enabled workflow solutions for both the supply chain and healthcare sectors is second-to-none. We are extremely pleased that this new partnership will see the Waizu Platform being delivered into new green field market sectors for us as a business.

“We are delighted to have already fully engaged with the Dakota Sales Teams and have immediately identified several interesting opportunities. The mutual potential here is very significant indeed and we are excited to see what the future holds.”
