Cellhire’s new white-label SIM Management & Billing portal puts indirect partners and resellers back in control

Global telecommunications provider Cellhire has launched the first phase of an infinitely tiered white-label version of its Atlas SIM Management & Billing portal.

The new development will enable indirect partners and resellers to offer a branded portal to their customers and customers’ customers. It comes complete with SIM control, usage and billing information, alerting and spend cap control, across multiple networks.

Phase one offers partners the ability to segment their SIM base and create fully branded portals for their customers offering views of the SIM base, SIM status, data usage and billing information. The brand-agnostic white-label approach to all alerts and emails allows reseller partners the chance to send alerts directly to the customer chain. In addition, customers can self-serve SIM suspension, reactivation, and SIM swaps 24x7. Phase two, planned for later in the year, will add further aspects of SIM control including the setting of spend caps and alert levels as well as greater control for partners themselves.

Cellhire's white-label portal

Cellhire UK Managing Director, Matt Bennett, says: “The portal puts indirect partners and resellers back in control of their SIMs, usage and billing information, and alerting and spend cap, across multiple networks. Cellhire created a brand-agnostic white-label portal in response to channel demand. It complements Cellhire’s extensively used Atlas SIM Management & Billing portal. The white-label approach will be a real aid when onboarding new partners and further enhances why UK Resellers who want to provide IoT and voice and data services to their customers, choose Cellhire as their preferred partner.”

Cellhire Group Chief Technology Officer, Peter Whelerton says: “Cellhire has an excellent track record of listening to partner requests, and white-labelling was top of the list. The white-label version of the portal will provide an infinite number of tiers, allowing every level of the supply chain to offer a portal in their branding to their customers with all the main SIM control functions, billing, and usage information. The white-label portal, like all Cellhire portals, has been created in-house by an expert and resilient team.”
