StayLinked Evolve enables channel partners to quickly and easily deploy margin-rich IIoT technologies and services

StayLinked has launched Evolve, a no-code integration platform that enables its channel partners to adopt and deploy Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies with legacy terminal emulation (TE) warehouse management solutions (WMS).

Two-thirds of supply chain companies run on TE solutions which provides the channel with a fantastic opportunity to help these organisations to increase efficiencies without needing to upgrade their existing WMS.

“Evolve ensures that our channel partners can help their supply chain customers cost-effectively take a technological leap forward to remain at the very top of their game. Evolve also delivers a competitive edge for our partners. They are able to enhance their reputations and further their role as a trusted adviser by successfully delivering emerging IIoT technologies into the core of their customers’ operations,” said Padraig Regan, Chief Product Officer, StayLinked.

“Evolve provides a new and exciting revenue stream for our channel partners helping to negate the effects of shrinking hardware margins,” continued Regan. “Evolve removes the need for partners to have a deep technical knowledge of new IIoT solutions. This secure and highly reliable no-code integration platform enables partners to quickly and easily connect and deploy new technologies.”

Evolve gives StayLinked’s channel partners new opportunities to expand their offerings and managed services with existing customers, helping them improve their efficiency and productivity with new IIoT technologies.

Companies typically run a proof of concept (POC) prior to a new technology deployment and as most new IIoT technologies use proprietary software this requires costly and time-consuming development of a dedicated application. With StayLinked’s Evolve unique no-code approach to integration, channel partners can now get full production deployments up and running for their customers in weeks rather than months. Importantly, Evolve also enables the channel to monitor and measure early performance data to determine what operational efficiencies have been delivered before the end-user commits to full deployment, thereby de-risking further investment.

“We have developed the StayLinked Evolve technology platform alongside our existing enterprise-grade, robust and highly secure SmartTE solutions that are proven to never drop a session, the number one productivity killer in the warehouse,” continued Regan.

“The deployment of new IIoT technologies will help supply chain companies with efficiency and productivity gains at a time when labour shortages are a growing concern. StayLinked Evolve helps to level the playing field so companies using legacy solutions can continue to compete with those who have invested heavily in their customized systems. The channel has a key role to play in enabling this and StayLinked Evolve will help them to do that much faster and simpler than before,” added Regan.

Current supported IIoT technologies include remote display wearable scanners from ProGlove, industrial wearable scanners from NIMMSTA and heads-up displays and Fetch autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) from Zebra Technologies.

“The StayLinked Evolve platform has been instrumental in quickly and easily implementing Fetch AMRs in a challenging customer environment,” said Stefan Nusser, Senior Director Product Management, Fetch Product. “The StayLinked team has demonstrated a keen knowledge of how to integrate Fetch hardware with existing workflows with no coding or complicated scripting.”

The Evolve platform is a key component of StayLinked’s exciting roadmap, which will enable easy access to many new IIoT products.
