NTT Ltd., a global technology and business solutions provider, has again been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Network Consulting Services 2021 Vendor Assessment (doc #US4807612, August 2021). The report recognised NTT’s network security capabilities, its ability to expand into new markets and global geographies and improved employee efficiency.

The report, which provided a comprehensive overview of the networking consulting industry, assessed NTT and 11 other networking providers on their capabilities and strategies for helping their customers transform their networks as well as their businesses, technology, and operational processes. The report highlighted the strength of NTT’s after-sales service and its practical and efficient products, which provide “technical support for the development of the enterprise". In addition to this, the report said that NTT is “serious in their business, they comply with everything agreed upon and the price for that is excellent".

“We’re incredibly proud to have been named as a ‘Leader’ in the IDC MarketScape Vendor Assessment for Worldwide Network Consulting Services. Our inclusion is a testament to our dedication to helping our customers transform their businesses for the future, said Matt Preschern, Chief Marketing and Demand Generation Officer at NTT Ltd. “Over the last several years, business reliance on the cloud has grown immensely. This reliance is only set to grow as organizations continue to shift to a hybrid working model.

“Through our Network Consulting Services, we can enable clients to leverage new technologies like Private 5G and software-defined infrastructure with more suitable operating models, to enable and accelerate their business transition needs. Our differentiated network approach allows for value creation along the entire chain - from the edge to the cloud.”

The report also described the important role NTT has in the industry because of its continued investment and business growth. Commenting on this, Preschern said, “At NTT, we invest $3.6B into R&D every year, helping us to prioritise innovation and develop new technology relevant to the needs of our customers such as our recent Private 5G offering. We look forward to continuing with this focus and expanding our capabilities both now and in the future.”
