Glu Group first partner to achieve both Cisco Learning Partner and Advanced Customer Experience Specialisation

Glu Group, provider of global channel enablement, is the world’s first partner to achieve both Cisco Learning Partner and Cisco Advanced Customer Specialisation.

The company is also the only non-reselling Cisco partner outside of the United States to successfully renew the Customer Experience Specialisation Partner capability review and did so by utilising its own in-house partner experience platform, Horizon. 

The certification demonstrates Glu’s ability to leverage resources, provide consistent processes, and deliver a world class Cisco customer experience. Glu continues to retain its Advanced Customer Experience Specialised status having held this certification for over four years.

The Cisco Advanced Customer Experience Specialisation addresses the need for partners to work closely with customers to ensure the desired business outcomes are delivered and they are not just being reactive to customers’ needs. Glu has a vast number of Customer Success Managers, trained Renewal Managers and Adoption Consultants that help channel organisations manage their customer experience journey. 

Glu works with channel partners to ensure that for every sale, a thorough focus is placed on identifying and delivering the value customers seek in measurable terms throughout the lifecycle of the delivered solution or service.

The external Customer Experience Specialisation capability audit was carried out on 29 April 2021. NSF International conducted the independent audit on behalf of Cisco and confirmed that Glu Group meets all quality system management requirements.
