Following the successful launch of its Cloud Services offering earlier this summer, Xeretec recently hosted a seminar entitled ‘Maximising Visibility and Performance Whilst Transitioning to the Cloud’, in conjunction with its Software as a Service (SaaS) partner, Riverbed.
Held at the iconic Gherkin in London, the event was attended by a number of high profile delegates, who learned the business value of digital transformation and how Xeretec is helping leading global companies migrate to cloud-based offerings.
During the informative session, Xeretec and its delegates jointly explored the importance of delivering an exceptional end user experience, utilising today’s cloud technology. Xeretec highlighted how, when a user reports or experiences an issue, its solutions can identify the root cause across all the various aspects of an organisation’s entire infrastructure; ranging from servers, applications, PCs, the network, storage and cloud technology. Xeretec illustrated how its tool set helps deliver performance benchmarks and provides detailed analytical data, as well as pinpointing issues and how to remedy, rectify, and eradicate those issues to create a world-class user experience.
It supported this using real life experience of organisations large and small, from leading global brands, ranging from high street banks to household name logistics organisations. Examples included the demonstration of how other IT professionals had achieved sizeable IT savings, through fact-based information, how strategic IT investment decisions had been justified at board level and how IT could illustrate the effectiveness of changes and enhancements to the organisation.
“I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to customers of Xeretec about how their digital transformation initiatives can be improved by focusing on the wider business impact of technological change. An exciting outcome of the event was seeing how Cloud Software Solutions like Aternity continue to enable customers to see the provable impact of their technology investments, and it’s fantastic to be working with like-minded, innovative partners such as Xeretec. As the market increasingly looks to monitoring as a pivotal aspect of digital transformation, we are in a great position to deliver creativity, growth and innovation to businesses across the UK.”

Xeretec also demonstrated how its Digital Experience Management (DEM) solution works alongside and compliments other point solution tool sets to simplify and streamline IT support functions.
Steve Hawkins, Chief Executive, Xeretec Group, added: “The event was an exciting and refreshing environment in which to discuss our customers’ digital transformation journeys. I’m thrilled to say that the feedback we’ve received about Xeretec’s new disruptive technologies, has been overwhelmingly positive. There was much admiration for the proposition’s uniqueness, and its significant value to our customers. Overall, the response was very inspiring. Having witnessed the value delegates gained from attending, Xeretec plans to host many more events like this.”
