Gamma enhances Connectivity services

Cloud communications provider Gamma has launched significant enhancements to its extensive data portfolio. Having seen an increasing demand for enhanced access services, Gamma wanted to account for rapidly changing customer needs.

With the customer in mind, Gamma has launched a range of connectivity solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand for higher speeds. These include G.Fast offering speeds of up to 330Mb and FTTP offering speeds up to 1Gb.

Along with higher speeds, Gamma offers a range of additional over the top services including voice, UCaaS and cloud telephony solutions with traffic prioritisation, dedicated cloud connectivity and Wi-Fi. These services go beyond simply offering a customer just a Broadband or an Ethernet circuit but offering a single solution that meets the customers’ complete telecommunication needs.

Gamma’s 4G Access Fast-Start and Backup to Converged Ethernet Services, launched recently in September with market leading commercials, adding to the comprehensive portfolio of services on offer. 4G Access Fast-Start offers instant connectivity whilst the customer waits for their Ethernet circuits to be installed. This is then seamlessly transitioned to a Backup when the primary circuit is installed. With no hidden usage charges this product offers customers’ peace of mind and the reassurance that they will always be connected.

On the commercial front, Gamma recognises that getting the price right is key in such a competitive market. In addition to making sure we are on point with our commercials we now offer a range of flexible billing models and incentives to give our partners control of how they want to work with us.

Gamma’s partners have seen significant benefit from the product set and commercials in recent months. Partners can expect more promotions and product developments to follow, including SDWAN in the coming months.

Gamma’s Senior Sales Specialist – Data, Harry Singh says:“The reseller market requires a full range of access technologies and commercial offerings to account for differing end user scenarios. By further developing our Broadband and Ethernet offering we are continuing to offer a strong foundation for the more margin rich services our partners deploy.”

Gamma platinum partner Greg Morton from On Line systems stated: “With access being the enabling service, a lower cost point with multiple traffic type prioritisation all managed by an easy to use portal makes for a compelling proposition which we have taken full advantage of.”
