Avenir Telecom, under the exclusive Energizer licence, will reveal 26 new smartphones and feature phones at the 2019 Mobile World Congress.

Among the new releases are a foldable smartphone, a new line of high-end phones, and a device equipped with an 18,000 mAh battery. All of these new models will be available to try out at the Energizer Mobile booth at the Congress Square Hall (#CS 96) from the 25th to the 28th of February 2019 in Barcelona.

An updated product range boasting innovative tech

The 26 new Energizer devices on display will show off a range of innovative features, from pop-up cameras to professional scanning functionality in their rugged phones, a foldable smartphone, and even an 18,000 mAh mobile battery (the largest capacity battery yet seen in a commercially-available smartphone).

A new line of premium smartphones on the horizon

All Energizer® mobile phones share a set of common features for which this leading brand is known: durability, performance, and long-lasting battery life. Nevertheless, each range has its own quirks, too. HARDCASE smartphones and feature phones are rugged, waterproof products designed with outdoor professionals and enthusiasts in mind; the POWER MAX line prizes supercharged battery life, with high-capacity batteries over 4,000 mAh, whilst ENERGY-branded products are ideal for simple everyday use.

However, a fourth line of products is set to join this list: the ULTIMATE range comprises six new premium smartphones, with performance, innovation, and elegant design at the top of the agenda.

“By offering high-performance, quality phones at affordable prices, we are responding to the growing demand for entry-level and mid-range smartphones. In particular, this market positioning lets us focus on catering to regions of the world experiencing rapid growth, where demand for these kinds of products is high, and which represent a strategic path for our development” stated Jean-Daniel Beurnier, CEO of Avenir Telecom. “The release of the fourth line of elegant, innovative and reasonably-priced smartphones broadens the catalog of products that we can offer our partners, which in turn will allow them to satisfy the demands of consumers in their local regions.”

Avenir Telecom, who distributes Energizer® products to over 55 countries worldwide – and who possesses the exclusive license for mobile phones for the brand – will hope to use the Mobile World Congress to meet new partners with which to sign successful distribution agreements.
