Quadient, the Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions provider, has announced that Quertum will sell and support Quadient Inspire Omni-channel enterprise CX software in the Nordics and UK.

Launched by long-standing Quadient technology partner Joisto, Quertum will help organisations give customers the experience and conversation they demand over digital and traditional channels.

As customers' expectations grow, providing customer experience expertise to businesses is a ripe opportunity for the channel. Joining as a silver partner, the Finland-headquartered business will use its local knowledge to service this growing demand for customer experience excellence.

"Customer experience is moving to the top of the agenda, as customers realise they have the power to demand more from organisations," said Mike Davies, Vice President Business Partners at Quadient. "This is a clear opportunity for channel partners. Joisto's technology has already addressed one part of the puzzle: by launching Quertum as a full channel partner it will be able to reach more customers and help them drive meaningful interactions with customers across the ever-growing range of channels. Seeing a technology partner step up to become a full reseller underlines the fact that we are committed to long-term relationships, and will scale up channel operations with the right partner."

Joisto provides advanced e-archive and document management solutions, allowing organisations to translate physical forms into electronic documents that can form part of a modern, digital customer experience. Based in Finland, the UK and Poland, Joisto processes more than one billion documents a year and has successfully worked with Quadient (formerly GMC Software) for more than 15 years.

The Quertum operation will build on Joisto's experience integrating its e-archive and document management solutions with Quadient: focusing solely on Quadient products so that it can use its wealth of experience to drive customer experience excellence. Organisations in industries such as financial services and insurance will see clear benefits from working with Quertum – including the ability to unify data, content and communication channels to provide a 21st century customer experience.

"The launch of Quertum pays testament to the strength of our working relationship with Quadient," said Tommi Hänninen, Co-Founder, Quertum. "Three quarters of all documents processed by Joisto run through Quadient. Now we are taking things to the next level by offering our expertise to businesses across the Nordics and the UK, and investing in the right people to make this project a success. This is a great opportunity to realise the potential of customer experience for the channel, and open up new opportunities for the market and new revenue streams for us."
