CAE Technology Services, the infrastructure services reseller, has announced a new C-suite structure, which now forms the Senior Leadership Team of the business.

As the company prepares to exceed an annual turnover of over £100 million after reporting results of £96 million in the last financial year, the management team now consists of:

Chief Executive Officer: Justin Harling
Chief Operating Officer: Richard Behan
Chief Financial Officer: Neeta Gadhia
Chief Services Officer: Simon Moyes
Chief Technical Officer: Lee Gatland
Chief Commercial Officer: Umesh Chauhan
Chief Experience Officer: Aggrey Lutta

The appointments reflect CAE's ambitious plans for the next five years and, according to the company, will ensure the company's customer focus and growth continues for the long term.

Commenting on the appointments Harling said, "For Simon Moyes, Chief Services Officer, and Neeta Gadhia, Chief Financial Officer, this is a promotion to reflect their growth in leadership within significant areas of the business. This is the result of years of hard work, dedication and fantastic performance."

"Lee Gatland continues as Chief Technology Officer. Within CAE this is a truly dedicated role, to make sure that we navigate through fast-paced technology developments alongside our customers and partners. Aggrey Lutta takes the title of Chief Experience Officer (CXO). This role ensures that at the most senior level we always put customer and partner experience first."

"As Chief Commercial Officer, Umesh Chauhan brings a wealth of experience to ensuring CAE is consistently able to balance the flexibility and common sense that is required to address delivering business in increasingly creative ways. Because of this, as-a-service and global capability are firmly part of our growth plans."

"Richard Behan's promotion to Chief Operating Officer is another example of someone's talent and impact on the business being recognised at the highest level. "

"The change is all about thinking about how CAE approaches the next five years differently. For everyone at CAE there is an amazing opportunity to develop and the new structure is just one part of what comes next for all of us, our employees, our customers and our partners", concluded Harling.
