The company, a leading supplier of enterprise application metadata intelligence software, recently launched Safyr® Version 7. This has introduced enhancements to its functionality which are particularly applicable for GDPR. The new software enables users to identify sources of Personal Data in major ERP and CRM packages for GDPR compliance in just minutes, and share that information with other technologies and platforms as necessary.
Partners use Safyr to help their clients accelerate their journey towards GDPR compliance as well with other data or information intensive projects. For organisations that use SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft and other packages locating data which can be defined as personal represents a significant challenge as it hidden away amongst thousands of tables in these large, complex and often highly customised applications.
