Brother UK has launched three new label printers for people working in the warehousing and logistics sector, designed to make labelling tasks quicker and easier.

The new printers can produce a range of multi-purpose durable labels, including barcodes, boxing labels, serial numbers and warning signs in a matter of minutes.

The new P-Touch machines are well-suited to high-volume users, offering the fastest print speeds on the market, and producing bespoke labels which are abrasion, temperature and chemical resistant. All label printers in the range are easy to use, and the flagship PT-P950NW features a new user-friendly interface and graphic LCD screen.

The label printers can create complex, customised labels, featuring up to 500 in-built symbols and templates, including hazardous waste and safety warning symbols, as well as more print space for larger label designs. Users can also access Brother's free P-Touch Editor software, which allows warehouse and logistics employees to identify products and shipping routes with specific barcodes and symbols.

The new models enable printing from any location, with a range of simple connectivity options including Wi-Fi, making them ideal for larger warehouse environments. Users are also able to print directly from their Apple or Android™ mobile devices via Brother's iPrint&Label app.

Ioana Nitu, ‎labelling product manager at Brother UK, said: "Brother has supported the warehousing and logistics sector with labelling solutions for more than 25 years so understands the needs of the sector for robust tracking and labelling to mitigate against item losses or incorrect tracking. This is why all the solutions we create for this market, including our latest label printer range, are designed to do this while increasing efficiency and keeping cost to a minimum."

The full range includes the PT-D800W, PT-P900W and PT-P950NW.
