CounterPath Corporation, the global provider of over-the-top (OTT) Unified Communications solutions for enterprises and carriers, has announced its new Bria for Salesforce application is now available through the Salesforce AppExchange, empowering businesses to connect with customers, partners and employees in a whole new way.
The price for Bria for Salesforce is $25.00 per user per month targeted at users of Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions of Salesforce's Sales and Service Clouds.
According to data from industry analysts Capterra and Gartner, the total CRM market is estimated to be more than 13 million users, with Salesforce leading with a share of 18% or more than 2.3 million subscribers, of which the majority represent the addressable market for Bria for Salesforce.
Bria for Salesforce enables a current Salesforce user to have an integrated application that enables voice, video, messaging, presence and screen sharing overlaying the enterprise's existing communications network. The application integrates the Bria softphone and Salesforce into a single interface through which a salesperson can communicate with their customers while having access to all the relevant customer data.
