The Dolphin 60s is part of Honeywell's scanphone line, which includes the Dolphin 6000. It was built to facilitate quick, reliable and secure access to business critical data and its aim is to deliver consistently high levels of customer service while limiting total cost of ownership.
The 60s boasts incredible features that go beyond the fundamentals of consumer mobility. Its integrated 1D and 2D barcode scanner captures multi-symbology data whilst its Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 OS ensures an enterprise ready operating system. It has powerful Wireless Connectivity with WiFi, Bluetooth v2.1 +EDR, 3G and GPS which eliminates the need for users to have a separate phone. It has a 2.8" colour LCD QVGA touchscreen with either a QWERTY or Numeric keypad and a 5.0MP camera. The device minimises repair and replacement costs with its IP54 casing and its ability to withstand multiple 1.2m drops to concrete.
The 6110 on the other hand, provides advanced data collection and real-time wireless communication in a pocket-sized mobile computer. Its stylish exterior was built to withstand harsh conditions with an IP rating of 54 and the ability to withstand multiple 1.2m drops to concrete. It's 1D and 2D barcode is angled to allow users to comfortably view the screen whilst scanning. It has a 2.8" QVGA transmissive colour LCD screen with an alphanumeric backlit keyboard and a class-leading 800 MHz microprocessor that supports its Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 OS. Its long-lasting 2200mAh battery easily covers an eight hour shift in a wireless, scan intensive environment which minimises downtime.
