Ergonomic Solutions, designer and supplier of technology mounting and security solutions, has signed the first Approved Installer agreement with echo, part of the ByBox group, which specialises in installation, maintenance logistical support for EPoS and associated IT equipment.
The Space Programme by Ergonomic Solutions is a dedicated channel offering aimed at creating an EMEA-wide eco-system of partners that supply technology mounting solutions as part of their overall customer offering. Designed to recognise and empower partners, it combines their market knowledge and experience with our industry background, sales and marketing resources.
The Approved Installer classification has been designed specifically to support companies such as Installers and Shop Fitters supplying associated services to end users. The aim is to provide partners with specialised installation skills and knowledge specific to Ergonomic Solutions' technology mounting products, which in turn will enable them to provide a quality assured installation.
As part of the agreement, Ergonomic Solutions will provide the hardware necessary for the programme through its channel partners, who will be supported with logistical and engineering expertise provided by echo. Echo field workers have undergone specialised installation training to acquire the skills and knowledge specific to Ergonomic Solutions' technology mounting products, assuring the highest quality in installation.
