LogiCon is the only pan-European event attracting 150 global heads of supply chain from leading Retail & CPG companies. LogiCon Europe 2014 enables you to meet with peers from across Europe and with a greater representation of retailers than ever before; allowing the best ever networking, and the broadest cross-fertilization of ideas.

Focus Day

We’ll be hearing from Hewlett Packard, L’Oreal, Arc International, and Croc among others, as we use in-depth workshops, presentations, and lively debate to find the weak spots in traditional S&OP.

Day 1 – End to end Supply chain planning

1) Omni and Multichannel: In the recent Global Chief Supply Chain Officer Report, more than 50% of those surveyed said they were planning to expand omni-channel capabilities in the next 12 months, or investigate the possibilities. We’ll be hearing from, Waitrose, Unilever and Tesco on how they’re leading the industry in omni-strategy.

2) Leanness in supply chain. For many the key focus for the year ahead is efficiency and flexibility in what remains a challenging market. We’ll be discussing how collaboration can minimise cost in your business, both as retailer and manufacturer. Joining the discussion we’ll be engaging with Dell, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, Lenovo and many more.

Day 2 – Channel Management Strategy and Supply Chain Optimisation

Evaluate case studies proven to deliver heightened flexibility so that you can better manage multiple supply chains and deliver better service to your customers.

Increase flexibility to deliver better service to your customers is a major driver as new markets and channels open up, and Emile Naus (Head of Logistics Strategy, M&S) is answering questions around how to make multi-channel retail distribution.
