Varlink introduces the Trimble Juno T41 S and G - the new additions to the Juno T41 rugged smartphone range

Varlink, the York based mobile computing and data capture specialist distributor, has expanded its Trimble product range with the addition of the new Juno T41 S and G models.

The Juno T41 is now available in a variety of new configurations allowing users to build the handheld computer they need. The Juno T41 S integrates a robust powerful scan engine reading 1D and 2D barcodes, whilst the Juno T41 G adds real-time 1m GPS accuracy to either the C or the X modelWith Android 4.1 or Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 operating systems, optional barcode Imager, Smartphone capability and enhanced accuracy GPS receiver, whatever your ideal combination of features and functionality, the Juno T41 is a reliable workhorse designed to last for years in demanding environments.

The device features voice, SMS text and 3.75G data transfer capabilities on GSM cellular networks worldwide, providing cellular communication to workers out in the field. The built in accelerometer allows users to tilt the 4.3" sunlight readable Gorilla® Glass display to use the Juno T41 as a either the basic 'C' model or the 'X' Smartphone based device.

The Trimble Juno T41, which is available as an IP65 or IP68 rated device, delivers maximum performance and reliability in one extremely rugged, lightweight, compact PDA, giving users everything they need to complete a job in harsh, challenging environments outside of the four walls.
