Konica Minolta starts 2013 by launching a new A4 multifunctional printer (MFP), the bizhub 25e. This black-and-white MFP is designed as a central communication hub for small to medium sized organisations. The bizhub 25e is a reliable, easy to use and compact A4 black-and-white device for all office requirements including copying, printing, scanning, and faxing.
With full multifunctional and network capability as standard, the bizhub 25e offers a range of advantages for optimised workflows by improving efficiency and increasing cost savings. In addition, the functionality of the bizhub 25e is both intuitive and easy to use and is supported by a large 5.7" touchscreen display with a well-structured, self-explanatory menu bar that can be individually adapted with clever functions; like the ID card copy for example.
Another advantage of the bizhub 25e is its flexible paper handling and high paper holding capacity. It has a maximum paper input capacity of 2,100 sheets with up to five different paper trays meaning you spend less time refilling paper and more time focusing on your business. Furthermore, different print media such as heavyweight paper and envelopes can be stored in the system at the same time.
The bizhub 25e benefits from a smart paper output as it has an additional collection tray paired with the standard one, this could be dedicated solely to incoming faxes so that they can be separated from prints and copies. Security is also highlighted with the bizhub 25e as the Secure Print function enables printing of confidential documents, the print job will only release once the user enters a password at the display screen of the MFP. This not only protects confidential information but helps to regulate your paper output.
A duplex feeder and versatile scanning functionality enables colour scanning, as well as convenient distribution of documents via Scan-to-email/SMB/FTP/USB and TWAIN-Scan, again increasing efficiency and minimising both wastage and your environmental impact.
