Service Management Expo 2012, Europe's only dedicated annual event for the field service market, will focus on driving team efficiency for the industry when it hosts its annual flagship event this September.

Running from 18-19 September at Birmingham NEC, Service Management Expo will bring together professionals across service management, logistics, fleet management, operations and IT to explore ways in which they can drive down costs, optimise workforce mobility and raise the level of customer service.

Key note speakers this year include Bill Pollock, Chief Research Officer, The Service Council, who will present The Service Council™'s Smarter Services™ Benchmark surveys.
