Citizen develops warranty policies for enhanced confidence

Citizen Systems Europe now offers an extended three or five year warranty across its entire range of products. Available to all customers across Europe, the new policies mean that any printer will be repaired and shipped free of charge for the entirety of its cover period in the event of a fault, offering a faster and more efficient resolution of problems that protects in-house service revenues, simplifies administration and reduces costs.

Mark Beauchamp, European Marketing Manager for Citizen Systems Europe, said, "This new initiative is a continuation of our policy for positioning ourselves as the leaders in the market and will see us offering an enhanced level of service, by responding effectively to the needs of our customers in order to get problems resolved rapidly and efficiently. For our channel partners this allows them to set themselves apart from the competition through the provision of an added value customer service offering, which, ultimately, adds confidence for customers purchasing our industry leading technologies, translating to increased sales opportunities."

The new warranty policy is an extension of the company's already comprehensive support services and has been introduced to deliver a superior degree of protection for both channel partners and users of the innovative range of high performance technologies. Along with the warranty, users can also access a wealth of information via the Citizen website including, user and programming manuals, service and technical information and answers to frequently asked questions, as well as general help and support.
